Connection service terms

Effective September 12, 2026. These terms cover the optional Media Download Google Drive connection service operated by Calculabs LLC doing business as WP Luna.

Using the service

Use the service through an authorized Media Download Pro installation on a WordPress site you manage. Connect only a Google account you are allowed to use and transfer only files you have permission to access, copy and publish. Keep your WordPress administrator accounts and hosting secure.

You control each import, upload and trash action. A selected folder is an upload destination, not permission to import everything in it. Verify your destination and maintain your own copies of important files. WordPress media URLs can be public. Google-native documents supported by the plugin are converted to PDF on import.

Availability and limitations

The Drive integration is currently in development testing and is limited to approved Google test accounts. Transfers require a valid Pro entitlement, a working Google authorization and an open WordPress transfer tab. Google quotas, permissions, download restrictions and your WordPress host's limits can prevent or interrupt a transfer.

We may change or suspend the connection service to maintain it, address abuse or comply with provider requirements or law. We do not promise uninterrupted service or permanent backup storage. Disconnecting does not delete files already transferred. Keep independent backups and check transfer results.

Licensing and third parties

The plugin's GPL license governs its code. These service terms do not restrict rights granted by that license. Pro purchases, license duration and refunds are governed by the terms shown at your Freemius checkout; this page does not change those purchase terms or create an additional payment obligation.

Your use of Google Drive and your hosting remains subject to their own terms, including Google's terms. WP Luna is an independent developer and is not endorsed by Google or WordPress.

These terms do not exclude any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
